Jack is a professional skydiver and coach having started 3 skydiving businesses contracting his services across multiple countries over the last 20 years.

Through the course of 8.5 thousand skydives, he's helped over 5000 clients overcome moments of visceral fear, and effectively harness their emotions to accomplish their goals. With balance between calm and chaos, Jack helps his clients lock-in sharp focus, follow the plan and complete their tasks under pressure. He has trained both civilians and military - athletes, executives, artists, mom's and dad's, people of all corners of life and of most ages.

His favorite mental challenge is to understand how each unique mind and body absorbs information and figure out how to effectively translate knowledge into wisdom. No two individuals understand the world the same way. Years of problem solving experience as a skydive instructor, traveler, meditator and yoga practitioner have given Jack a unique set of skills to read people in moments of stress and understand what’s needed.

For Jack, mindfulness is not an abstract concept, it's a vast array of techniques that unlock deep and necessary insight into one's own operating system. Exercise is the next crucial part of the process. Like many Brazilians, Jack grew up with martial arts such as Ju-jitsu, Judo, Muay-Tay and Krav-Maga. As an adult, most of these martial arts transitioned into yoga and calisthenics. Free-diving and spearfishing are two of Jack's favorite mind-body challenges. With Speedflying and BASE jumping also high on that list.

Travelling and acquiring new perspectives is a big part of his life. In 2011 he organized and led a 60k mile Jeep expedition from Alaska to Ushuaia. Fifteen years later Jack has visited over 45 countries. He’s very grateful for his life and his personal mission is to be a catalyst for positive change and be part of society where we all help each other to be our best selves.
